On Thursday, February 1, the International Cricket Council (ICC) began the public ticket ballot, providing fans from all over the world with an equal opportunity to apply for tickets to the T20 World Cup 2024 in the United States and the West Indies, the largest cricket carnival spectacle in history.

In June of this year 2024, the Twenty20 World Cup 2024 will take place, boasting 55 matches and the largest tournament in terms of teams participating.

The competition will begin with 16 teams competing in four groups, then move on to the round robin matches of the group stage, the Super 8s, and finally, the knockout stages, which consist of the final and semi-finals, will decide the winner of the prize.

How much do T20 World Cup 2024 tickets cost?

T20 World Cup 2024 ticket prices begin at US$6, with over 260,000 tickets available for the group stage, Super Eight, and semi-finals priced at US$25 or less.

Following the close of the ballot, successful applicants will receive an email informing them of the matches to which they have secured tickets, as well as a link to pay for them.

If payment is not made within the allotted time, tickets will be returned to the pool and released for general sale on a first-come, first-served basis.

All match start times have been confirmed, and the evening semi-final in Trinidad and Tobago will now be played on 26 June (reserve day 27 June), with the morning Guyana semi-final moving to 27 June (reserve day 28 June) to allow sufficient travel time for the teams that advance to the final.
